EIGHT WEEK 10K TRAINING PROGRAMME – STARTING JANUARY 2ND

So, the never ending Christmas celebrations have ended and the New Year’s Eve celebrations are just behind you. It is now time to get serious and get some specific 10k training in. With eight weeks from January 2nd to the day of the race, it gives enough time to build up to the distance if you are a beginner; or sharpen up for those of you who are more established runners.

We have two schedules:

one for beginners

another for intermediate runners

RR Running Clinic is a running specific service provided by RR Personal Training, to help prepare runners to meet the demands of their event, no matter how short, or long. Services include bespoke running training plans; running personal training sessions; nutrition plans.
