The race is a road race, run under UKA rules.

This is a chip timed race – chips will be collected with your race number before the start.

The course will be marshalled (Marshalls needed!) and is traffic free with water stations, km distance markers displayed across the course and time display clocks at the start/finish, first aid cover will also be provided.

Results will be available on the day and will also be posted on the web site after the event.

Please note: there are NO shower facilities available at this event.
